By accessing or using ASoc you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of the service
ASoc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform for lawful purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the service without written permission.
Voice cloning & consent
You must have explicit consent from any person whose voice you clone or reproduce through ASoc. Uploading voice samples without the subject’s knowledge or permission is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the ASoc platform remain the property of ASoc or its licensors. Audio you generate using your own inputs belongs to you, subject to these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASoc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ASoc after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
